SAG Panama tanker Fedor pays out 2 x 7.5 % in 2 months

Four payouts per year to shareholders have already been made by other SAG funds. In 2020, the Suezmax tankers Astra and Voyager each paid out 5% – every quarter. At 20% p.a., the best result to date. The tanker markets are currently in top form and the shareholders of the Panama tanker Fedor are also benefiting from this. The debt-free ship not only distributed 7.5% to its owners in January, but was able to repeat this result at the end of February. This was made possible by the very high charter rates that the ship was able to collect in the Penfield Pool. A very strong Q4/2022, with rates of $42,000 per day, laid the foundation for these distributions. In January, the vessel was now running rates of $47,400 per day and in February, rates of almost $43,000 per day were achieved. The outlook remains positive: the next payout could be as early as April.
