SAG Panamax tanker Fedor with record revenues and distributions

In 1st half 2023, the oldest vessel in the SAG fleet, the Panama tanker Fedor, set an all-time revenue record: $57,600 was achieved per day. This was made possible not only by outstandingly good rates in the Penfield Pool, but also by a handsome additional payment as a result of higher pool points following a revision of the ship’s performance for the relevant period of the previous year.
Fedor has already made 5 payouts in the first 7 months of the current financial year, paying out 40%. This means that the solid 2003 Hyundai built tanker now leads the distribution record of all SAG ships without being challenged. And there are still 5 months left in the year: we are convinced that there should be more to come.
