SAG’s supervisory board has a new member

Manfred Broschk new Salamon AG Supervisory Board member. Manfred Broschk (Photo) was elected as Dr Bozenhardt’s successor. Broschk holds degrees in business administration and in engineering. He lives in Essen, North Rhine Westphalia and is a management consultant. He has decades of project experience in industry in the fields of production, process optimisation, logistics, product development and interim management, among others. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board look forward to working with him and welcome him warmly.
Manfred succeeds Dr Friedrich Bozenhardt who has retired from the Board. Since the foundation of Salamon AG in 2002, the lawyer was a member of the supervisory board. During this time, Salamon AG not only became a successful initiator of ship funds, but also an investor in its own SAG tonnage and financier of third-party tonnage. Not only did it go through good times, but also years of market lows, some of which are remembered as the “shipping crisis”. From the supervisory board, Dr Bozenhardt accompanied these sometimes very difficult times and made important contributions so that Salamon AG could overcome the sometimes great challenges. Now he has retired from the board after 20 challenging years. Christian Salamon, chairman of the board and at the same time managing director of the sole shareholder, thanked Dr Bozenhardt for 20 years of successful, constructive and trusting cooperation and wished him all the best for the future.
